These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Local Prospect Hunter (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

The app helps you find local businesses as prospects, score and prioritize leads, generate and send outreach emails, schedule follow-ups, analyze replies, and track activity through dashboards and briefings.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to access the app, typically through an invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify the app owner promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the app only for lawful prospecting and outreach purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.
• Respect prospect preferences, including opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to overload the app or its integrations.
• Not send deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited content prohibited by law.

5. Outreach & Compliance

The app generates drafts and can send messages on your behalf through integrations you connect (such as Gmail). You are solely responsible for the content you send and for ensuring it complies with laws like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations. The app provides an unsubscribe link in generated emails; honoring opt-outs is your responsibility.

6. Third-Party Services

The app connects to third-party services (for example Google Places and Gmail). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or availability.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prospect data, templates, and messages you create. You grant the app a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prospect data is gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee specific outreach results, deliverability, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes from outreach sent through it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. The app owner may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your stored data may be removed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
